April 5, 2018 – There are only 10 weeks today until the Ontario election day. On Thursday, June 7 we will have an opportunity in Kanata-Carleton to vote for a change in direction; Ontarians across the province will be voting for change.

Over these weeks, PC candidate Dr. Merrilee Fullerton will continue to get out every day to meet with residents of Kanata-Carleton and discuss the issues that matter most to individuals, families and the local community.  Merrilee Fullerton says, “I am running in this election to provide a positive option – someone who will make a difference as a representative of our community on the difficult challenges we face in health care, hydro and Kanata-Carleton’s economic growth and social well-being.”

Merrilee’s Social Media Awareness Drive

Colin McSweeney, campaign manager for Dr. Fullerton explains the various ways Merrilee’s team hopes to deliver local campaign news. “It is important in the months leading up to the election for the Fullerton name and Merrilee messages get out as often and to as many voters as possible. This is where we want ask supporters to begin to follow and share Merrilee in social media.”

“Also, if you have not done so yet, sign up for Merrilee’s newsletter which now is being delivered weekly.”

“The next 10 weeks fly by. Merrilee wants to make it into every neighbourhood – some twice – to meet as many people as possible in this period. However, it is unrealistic to think I can see and talk with everyone. But with the Internet and social media people can access information and Merrilee statements on issues,” and McSweeney adds, “So, we trust people will follow Merrilee’s news on the various social media platforms and in her weekly newsletter.”
